A Part of Sonoma's Soul
News & Updates
The Mission Bell/Castagnasso land reflects the agricultural soul of our community and holds a special place in the hearts of all Sonomans and visitors.

Originally part of the grazing and farmland that surrounded Mission San Francisco Solano, for the past century Mission Bell Farm has been home to five generations of the Castagnasso family, who have been loving stewards of the land and their champion Clydesdale horses.
At just under 3-acres at the corner of East Spain and Second Street East, just off Sonoma’s historic Plaza, Mission Bell Farm is the last undivided parcel from the General Vallejo original map of the city of Sonoma. In addition to its well-known Clydesdale pasture, the Farm has two barns and a historic early 1880's farmhouse.
